The trips start on Saturday from Haines, Alaska and finish the next Saturday at noon after lunch.
Helicopter - Safety
The Heliski Company uses A-Star helicopters for our Heliskiing Programs. The A-star is a light weight and powerful helicopter, ideally suited for small groups helicopter skiing, with room for four guests.
Mountain Guides - Groups
4 skiers or snowboarders per guide. The guides are highly experienced, expert skiers and snowboarders.
There are different options for you to choose from. If you wish to share accommodation with other freeskiers, you can stay at affordable lodges, that offer a family like atmosphere, chilled, great meals and quiet rooms. When you are looking for something more private, we also offer Alaskan houses for you and your party. Please feel free to contact us to find the perfect lodging for you.


Haines, Alaska
The terrain has approximately 409,000 acres skiable in the surrounding mountains, where you can find the precise difficulty for you and your party. In addition, Haines has a maritime snowpack, meaning that storms are heavy, leaving a huge amount of snow behind.
What is included:
- A seat in the heli for up to 7 days (5:1 or better group to heli ratio) - Dedicated SEABA guide (4:1 client to guide ratio) - 1 hour of Hobbs (time onboard the heli) - Single occupancy or double occupancy lodging option - All meals from Saturday dinner through Saturday lunch - Required avalanche and helicopter safety training - Required equipment (though we recommend bringing gear your are familiar with) - Transportation *What are Hobbs? * Our all inclusive heli skiing packages include 1 hour of hobbs (hours onboard the helicopter). 1 hour of hobbs will net you around 20 runs or 70-80,000 vertical feet over the course of 7 days. The weather here in Alaska changes quickly, so you could burn through all of your hobbs in 3 days (if it's bluebird all day and you have your lucky shamrock) or it could take the full 6 days. You can add on more runs if you want to keep skiing for an additional $140 per run.
